This policy explains what information Kono Analytics collects through konoanalytics.com, including our website chat assistant, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Chat conversations. When you use the chat assistant, we record the messages you send and the assistant's replies, along with your IP address, your browser type, and the time of each message.
  • Contact details you choose to share. If you ask us to follow up, we save the name, email address, phone number, contact preferences and summary of your needs that you provide in the chat.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our servers log requests, including IP addresses. The site uses cookies needed for it to work, including a session cookie and a security cookie that protects form submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and respond to requests for follow-up.
  • To review and improve the chat assistant's answers.
  • To protect the site against abuse, for example by limiting how many messages can be sent from one IP address.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

  • AI model providers. The chat assistant's replies are generated by Anthropic and/or OpenAI, which process your chat messages under their API terms.
  • Slack, which we use to notify our team when someone asks us to follow up.
  • Akamai Technologies, Inc., which hosts the website and stores its data.
  • Google Fonts, which serves some of the fonts on this site; your browser connects to Google to load them.
  • Calendly. If you book a call, you do so on Calendly's site, under Calendly's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep chat transcripts, IP addresses and contact details for two years, then delete them. Contact details are kept for two years after our last update to them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing info@konoanalytics.com. Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as financial or health details, in the chat.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
